NILA NUTS is looking for a passionate and experienced New Product Development (NPD) professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong expertise in chocolates, nuts, and superfood-based products, and who are excited about creating innovative, market-ready food products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end development of new food products from concept to launch

* Formulate and test products in chocolates, nuts, and superfood categories

* Conduct trials, shelf-life studies, and quality evaluations

* Coordinate with production, procurement, and marketing teams

* Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in food product development

* Specialization in chocolate, nut-based, or superfood products
