New Product Development Head - Robotics

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end design and development of new robotic products, components, and sub-systems Define and implement technology strategies for next-generation robotics solutions Provide mechanical engineering leadership in areas such as kinematics, dynamics, and tolerance analysis Oversee design for manufacturability and assembly (DFM/DFA) to ensure cost-effective and scalable production Drive performance through robust engineering calculations and simulations Collaborate cross-functionally with electronics, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product integration Evaluate current product lines to identify opportunities for design enhancement, cost optimization, and performance improvement Use CAD and mechanical design tools to develop prototypes and production-ready models Manage NPD projects from concept through to production, including timelines, resource planning, and quality standards Mentor and lead a team of engineers to ensure innovation, compl...
