Based on site in Marshalltown, IA this position works within a team to progress new design concepts through the prototype and testing phase on to global production, while maintaining our standards and processes throughout the project. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide variety of activities ranging from product conception, design, implementation, validation and documentation through pre-production preparedness and operations implementation and launch.
