Your main responsibilities
The New Installations (NI), Modernizations (MOD) & Existing Installations (EI) Methods & Process Manager analyzes, adapts, deploys, and monitors the use of the Schindler Group and Local consolidated methods and processes to grant top quality and cost-effective installation and maintenance.
Existing Installation - Maintenance
Act as technical competence center for Existing Installation / Maintenance as the KG Key-User (KU) for all processes and applicationsSupport branches to achieve efficiency targets through implementation of consolidated service tools and processesTest and adapt new group processes to local requirementsEvaluate standard hours and ensure workforce acceptanceLaunch and implement new / adapted methods and productsDocument maintenance methods and repair kitsAssist branches with tools, installation, and troubleshooting
