The New Homes Sales Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Waterloo Region, ON, supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations at the model home or sales office. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting prospective buyers, answering inquiries, providing information about communities, floor plans, pricing, and features, and helping maintain an organized, welcoming sales environment. The role involves preparing and updating sales materials, collecting and entering client information, coordinating appointments, and supporting follow-up communications with leads. The Sales Assistant may assist with basic administrative tasks, open houses, and events, while collaborating closely with sales representatives, construction teams, and office staff to ensure a smooth customer experience.
