Step into the role of New Home Orientation Specialist at Empire Homes, dedicated to enhancing the customer experience through meticulous pre-closing inspections. You will coordinate these essential inspections across Breslau, Caledonia, and Brantford, ensuring any deficiencies are addressed correctly.
In this position, your primary responsibility will be leading Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) in line with the Ontario Building Code and Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines. You will communicate effectively with homeowners, assisting them as they transition into their new homes while ensuring all deficiencies are documented and resolved.
Key Responsibilities:
