Fidelity Services Group seeks a Project team New Business Specialist – CCC Level 2 Agent in Midrand to drive new sales and service existing clients. You will manage referrals, web leads and partner leads, aim for high appointment conversion, and maintain CRM excellence across FindU, Safe City, Secure Guard, and related services.

You will be target driven, capable of handling multiple tasks, and act as a CRM superuser to train colleagues. Strong communication and problem solving are essential.
