Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Director of Business Development to accelerate new business growth within the events and exhibitions sector. In this senior role, you will take ownership of identifying, developing, and converting high-value commercial opportunities. Bringing a strong sales background — ideally from the experiential or exhibitions industry — you will work closely with sales, creative, and marketing teams to deliver distinctive solutions and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead new business initiatives by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, with a strong focus on corporate clients.
  • Build, manage, and grow a robust sales pipeline, guiding opportunities from first contact through to preferred supplier agreements.
