  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am. Specific dates: Sept 8-21, Oct 9-12, and provider's choice of days or nights Dec 22-28
  • Job Setting: Inpatient
  • Credentialing: 90 days estimated timeframe, current CV required
Minimum Requirements
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified only
  • Licensure: Active WA or IMLC, DEA Required
