Job Summary
- Provide advanced operational support for customer workloads on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), focused on networking and adjacent cloud components.
- Own complex incident response, problem management, and change execution drive reliability, scalability, and security across virtual networks and edge connectivity.
- Contribute to and adopt AI-driven tools to improve diagnostics, triage, and workflow automation proactively identify opportunities to increase efficiency and customer success.
- Mentor team members, advance automation and IaC practices, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a first-class customer experience.
- Role includes participation in a rotational roster and collaboration across time zone.
