Our client is looking for an experienced Network/System Administrator to oversee and manage the company’s complete network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the company’s network infrastructure.
    Administer and support core Microsoft/Office applications.
    Manage and configure call center systems.
    Provide high-level support and technical expertise in networking technology, including LAN/WAN hardware, switches, routers, and firewalls.
    Respond to and resolve network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
    Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
    Utilize basic scripting and programming skills for network automation and to streamline operations.
    Provide support and guidance to users, addressing and resolving any network-related issues they face.
