Job Overview

Teceze is hiring a Network Technician – Level 1 to support one of our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will provide first-level network and infrastructure support, assist with installations, troubleshooting, and monitoring, and ensure stable network operations at the client site.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for network-related issues including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic routing/switching problems
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices such as switches, routers, access points, and firewalls
