Key Responsibilities
Provide administration, installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of desktop hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, printer, network, and mobile device issues including MDM-managed iPhones. Provide enterprise desktop support across central and remote office locations. Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities including malware, ransomware, and other endpoint security risks. Participate in network troubleshooting
