Job Description

Working with public institutions in Brussels providing them with IT services. This company with a growing team and projects wishes to hire a new colleague to expand its team and invest in him to make him grow.

Mission :

  • Supports internal IT
  • Answer troubleshoot and solves 2nd level problem coming from different clients
  • Collaborate with 3rd level team for all tickets incoming
  • Inform customers on the status of their demand and issues
  • Monitoring of equipment and system, proactively detect issues that can have an impact for customers

    • Your profile :

  • Solid knowledge on CISCO HP product
  • Speaking french and goo dutch
  • Being client solution oriented
  • Having knowledge about call center, routing, switching, networking, firewalling
  • Having good communication skills
  • A prior experience of technical problem solving
  • Autonomous worker & Team player
