Position Overview:
The Network & Telephony Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, monitoring, and maintenance for MediCard's network and telephony infrastructure, with a strong focus on Genesys telephony systems. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure high availability, stability, and performance of telephony and network services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Genesys telephony systems, including configuration, monitoring, and incident resolution.
- Access and manage network devices, telephony systems, and relevant administrative credentials provided by MediCard.
- Collaborate with MediCard's L1 service desk, vendors, and telco partners according to established escalation procedures.
