Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, install, deploy and configure network devices
  • Diagnose network performance problems
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for network issues
  • Troubleshoot and configure network infrastructure which includes routing, switching, LAN/WAN, firewall, IPS, VPN, IPVPN, etc
  • Reporting network status to customers
  • Ability to handle high‑pressure situations and maintain professional demeanor
  • Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Keep record of problems and customer solutions
  • Follow‑up with customers
  • Reporting based on projects

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Application/ System/ Computer Science/ ICT Engineering/ Networking or equivalent
