Join our team as a Network Support Engineer where you'll provide technical support and maintenance for MDU Wi-Fi infrastructure. You'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of networking equipment, servers, and Wi-Fi
solutions for large residential and commercial complexes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for configuring and maintaining networking devices such as Cisco routers, Peplink devices, and Ruckus access points.
Support the setup and management of DHCP and DNS servers to handle large-scale networks.
Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and networking issues, from connectivity problems to server-related concerns.
Manage and monitor Wi-Fi network performance using tools like Solar Winds and Nagios.
Ensure that network security measures are in place, including configuring VPNs, VLANs, and secure Wi-Fi access protocols.
Update firmware and software for networking equipment, ensuring security patches are applied promptly.
