Network Support Engineer L2 - Third Party payroll

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Maintenance and Support:

Monitor and troubleshoot network issues, resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, firmware updates, and configuration changes.

Ensure network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, are properly configured and functioning correctly.

2. Network Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve network-related issues, including connectivity problems, packet loss, and latency.

Use network monitoring tools, such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or Nagios, to troubleshoot and analyze network issues.

3. Cloud Networking:

Good knowledge about AWS and Azure, including VPCs, subnets, and security groups.

Configure and manage cloud-based network services, such as AWS Direct Connect and Azure ExpressRoute.
