Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer

Location: Singapore / Indonesia (Jakarta) / Malaysia (Johor Bahru) Reports To: Network Team Stakeholders Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Field Engineer to join our Network Infrastructure team. This role focuses on field operations, including physical infrastructure audits, vendor work inspections, and reporting to ensure compliance with Bytedance's network standards. The Engineer will collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, the Bytedance network team, and external vendors such as data center providers, ISPs, and cabling partners.

• Singapore-based engineers: Limited travel required; no vehicle ownership needed due to available public transport.
• Malaysia/Jakarta-based engineers: Frequent travel between customer sites (40–50 km). A driving license and personal vehicle are preferred.
