Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
  • Provide L1/L2 technical support to users
  • Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
  • Configure and support LAN/WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks
  • Maintain system documentation and network diagrams
  • Assist with server, backup, and security-related tasks
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in network and IT support
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals
  • Experience with Windows/Linux environments
  • Familiarity with firewalls, switches, and routers
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
