Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to users
- Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
- Configure and support LAN/WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks
- Maintain system documentation and network diagrams
- Assist with server, backup, and security-related tasks
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in network and IT support
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals
- Experience with Windows/Linux environments
- Familiarity with firewalls, switches, and routers
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
