Job Description

**Introduction**

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer with strong experience in managing NOC operations, troubleshooting WAN/LAN issues, and supporting firewalls and routing infrastructure. The role involves handling incident tickets, monitoring network performance, and ensuring smooth IT service operations.

**Your role and responsibilities**

* Monitor and troubleshoot WAN, LAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks.

* Manage and resolve L1/L2 tickets within SLAs in a NOC environment.

* Perform routing/switching troubleshooting (OSPF, BGP, VLANs).

* Support firewall configurations, VPNs, and security policies.

* Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal teams for issue resolution.


* Maintain documentation, logs, and knowledge base updates.

**Required technical and professional expertise**

* 3+ years of hands-on NOC/network support experience.
