Network Support Analyst
Position Overview
The Network Support Analyst will provide technical expertise in supporting SaskPower's network infrastructure. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing the network environment to ensure reliability, performance, and security. The analyst will be expected to support both on-premises and cloud-integrated environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain SaskPower's enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless.

  • Perform network troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of incidents in compliance with SLA timelines.

  • Implement changes, upgrades, and patches following SaskPower's change management process.

  • Assist in network performance tuning and capacity planning.
