Network Supervisor

Leads the network operations team to ensure stable, secure, and high-performance connectivity across the organization. This role oversees network infrastructure, troubleshooting, upgrades, and compliance with IT standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise network engineers and support staff
• Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, and switches
• Monitor network performance, bandwidth, and security
• Lead troubleshooting and incident response for network issues
• Plan and implement network upgrades and expansions
• Enforce network security and access policies
• Coordinate with system and cybersecurity teams
• Prepare network performance and incident reports

Qualifications
