Duties & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Supports team goals and contributes to a positive team culture
  • Configure routers/firewalls for client sites (routing, NAT, DHCP, VLANs)
  • Build and maintain VPNs (site-to-site and remote access)
  • Monitor uptime and performance (alerts, dashboards, proactive fixes)
  • Troubleshoot network faults: packet loss, latency, LTE issues, Wi-Fi backhaul, PoE problems
  • Implement network standards: IP plans, naming, documentation, backups
  • Coordinate with ISPs/fibre providers for outages and escalations
  • Assist field teams with network commissioning and remote support.
