Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Engineer – Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a background
in Electronics & Communications. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting
enterprise-grade networking, connectivity, and cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will combine
strong technical expertise with customer-facing skills to deliver scalable, secure, and commercially
viable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Responsibilities
Manage local Data Center operations in coordination with NOC
MPLS/L3/L2 management
Configure and maintain gateway routers, switches, and related infrastructure
Coordinate bundled products (, Smartnet) with system integrators
Troubleshoot and resolve customer pain points beyond CPE (, firewalls, internal
networks, third-party devices)

Participate in customer meetings with sales teams
