Network Services Engineer

SUMMARY
The Network Services Engineer  plays a key role in ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing connectivity for clients by supporting and troubleshooting complex network environments. This role is responsible for managing on-premise network stacks, configuring and maintaining next-generation firewalls, supporting VPNs and multi-site connectivity, and ensuring seamless integration across cloud and virtualized infrastructures. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills across LAN/WAN environments, hands-on experience with Juniper, Meraki, and Palo Alto technologies, and the ability to work directly with clients to resolve issues efficiently. Success in this role requires excellent technical knowledge, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while balancing multiple priorities and participating in on-call support rotation.
