Job Description
1) Administer Zscaler ZIA policies (URL categories, SSL inspection, DLP) per approved requests.
2) Triage user web access issues; analyze logs and SSL inspection outcomes.
3) Manage PAC/agent configurations and traffic steering for branch/roaming users.
4) Coordinate with identity teams for SAML/SSO integrations.
5) Produce usage/threat reports and policy exception registers for service reviews.
6) Maintain allow/deny lists with expiry/justification; audit quarterly.
7) Validate SIEM integration and reconcile missing fields/feeds.
8) Support coexistence and transition activities alongside ZTNA and office network changes.
9) Participate in change windows for SSL inspection or global policy updates.
10) Keep KBs current for common client/browser troubleshooting.
11) Assist with egress path updates during office moves or ISP Wi Fi shifts.
12) Validate data protection (DLP) hits and escalate suspected exfiltration.
