Job Description

  • Understands the Banks security, processes/policies & change windows.
  • Deliver technical solutions to clients and take responsibility for the standards of work, project sign off and client satisfaction in Day 1.
  • Provide support, assisting with troubleshooting and design, configuration and escalated problem management, only when required.
  • Expected to possess strong ownership on the tasks assigned and to ensure completion end-to-end according to the expected project outcome.
  • Perform configurations, action installations and attend to break/fix events.
  • Own larger portions of an installation, break/fix incidents at a low to medium level of complexity.
  • Take responsibility for problem resolution and troubleshooting.
  • Respond to escalated client requests and support client applications to a first line resolution.
