Job Description
Contribute to national security initiatives as a Network Security Design Specialist for the Department of National Defence. This role centers on implementing endpoint protection and network defense measures.
Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ experience in developing and configuring security technologies. You will directly contribute to managing security for a diverse network of over 30,000 workstations. Experience with Microsoft and McAfee/Trellix security capabilities is vital to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy endpoint protection strategies
• Install and maintain network security systems
• Evaluate and test security technology efficacy
• Implement policies in security management tools
• Support large-scale security operations for DND
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years in security implementation
• Strong background in five endpoint and network security tools
• Valid security certifications (CISSP or similar)
