One of the Global Network Service Provider that provides network/internet security solutions, is now seeking Network Security Analyst to join their team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Involve in the 24x7 SOC operation and ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Supervise and analyze Internet traffic for security breaches and denial of service attacks.
Follow the policies, procedures, and technologies constantly as to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of security operations.Commence emergency recovery procedures ensuring availability of client’s service.
Ensure both internal OLAs and external SLAs are met and followed correspondingly .
Ensure and enhance customer satisfaction through effective handling of security events and mitigations via on time, professional communication with customers.Help with new product and service development and ensure deployment successfully.
