Job Overview
We are looking for a Network & Security Analyst to join our team. In this role you will provide first‑level support for network‑related requests and issues, ensuring compliance with customer service level agreements and acting as the primary point of contact for escalated requests.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all policies, procedures and work instructions are followed in a 24x7 environment to meet customer satisfaction and contractual obligations.
- Provide customer consultation regarding availability and functionality of services.
- Enforce and review MS processes to keep documentation current and facilitate escalations to management.
- Acknowledge and qualify NMS alerts and open causes with the appropriate priority level.
- Diagnose problems and provide solutions to achieve service restoration.
