Job Duties

• Maintain and support the company’s network systems, including LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, internet connectivity, and remote office access, ensuring reliable communication across all departments (solar operations, admin, finance, logistics).
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN gateways; implement security policies and access controls to safeguard company systems and sensitive data.
• Monitor network performance, connectivity, and security logs; identify and resolve connectivity issues, bottlenecks, or potential risks affecting multiple departments or remote sites.
• Perform routine security audits, system updates, patch management, and access permission reviews to prevent unauthorized access and maintain compliance with company IT policies.
