Description:
  • Strong written and verbal Communication Skills - Negotiation skills - - years negotiating cell site related leases, easements, amendments, etc.
  • Organization and time management - Triage and priority setting - Business Acumen: Will be evaluating business transactions and recommending approval/denial of deals.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Google Mail expertise.
