The role

This role is accountable for leading a high performing team to deliver exceptional repair networks outcomes based on the following core dimensions;

• • Average Repair Cost
  • Customer Satisfaction (NPS)
  • Repair Duration
  • Repair Quality
• Continuously improve performance of the Fixed Cost and Non Fixed Cost networks through optimal cost, quality, timeliness outcomes.
• Operational delivery of the 1-3 year operational plan that supports Claims and Assessing divisional strategic objectives.
• Deliver and maintain strong customer experience across the Motor Repair Network
• Developing & Executing operational plans to ensure control system effectiveness In Network Non Fixed Cost cost pools
• Develop and maintain effective relationships across the A&G motor repair network and broader motor repair industry (state specific)
