Network Optimization Specialist

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing Air Canada's global flight schedule, including short- and medium-term horizons. Your primary objective will be to maximize profitability while ensuring operational feasibility.

Working closely with commercial and operational stakeholders, you will provide expert guidance to scheduling teams to achieve commercial objectives such as revenue generation, on-time performance, customer experience, and safety. You will also be accountable for directing total fleet deployment and maximizing utilization for all airlines under your scope.
