Kinetic is looking for a skilled Network Controller to oversee live transport network performance. In this role, you’ll coordinate driver and vehicle movements, respond to incidents, and ensure service reliability. Your ability to stay calm under pressure, provide clear instructions, and make critical decisions will ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage live transport network KPIs, ensuring on-time and reliable service.
• Provide real-time support to drivers during incidents and emergencies.
• Collaborate with depots to adjust operations in response to disruptions.
• Record and escalate incidents and maintain accurate system documentation.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including emergency services and authorities, when required.
