Job Description: Address: BGC, Taguig City

Schedule: Monday to Friday / 9 am - 6 pm

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain the OSS (Operation System Support) system, including preventive maintenance, upgrades, patches, and bug fixes.
  • Participate in OSS project implementation and new enhancement development, performing UAT with customers.
  • Troubleshoot OSS system issues and handle daily user requests and requirements.
  • Implement IT security measures and integrate OSS with third‑party tools, including northbound and southbound interfaces.
  • Ensure consistent communication with customers to resolve issues and address concerns.
  • Support overall DevOps activities for the OSS system to ensure smooth operation and performance.
