Provide first level maintenance and 24/7 Surveillance of Fixed Core, Transport and Access Networks including relevant OSS, Backend Systems, Ancillary facilities and Environmental support systems necessary for the delivery of existing and future services using Network Management Systems and Operational Support tools within its respective coverage based on geographic area and/or type of network. Proactively monitor network and KPI threshold crossing alarms and endorse dispatch to appropriate resolving teams. Supply information for broadcast to communications management.Primary Task and Responsibilities
Fault Management
1. Performs 1st level troubleshooting of trouble tickets for outages and quality.
2. Provides Logical Assistance to ANM, Tier2 for all domains within Access Network AOR.
3. Investigates anomaly in HW/SW, Capacity, Configuration Issues and coordinates with Tier2 for 2nd level support / vendor support / engineering...
