Job Description

The Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager is responsible for ensuring the scalability, reliability, and high performance of the company’s EV charging network and supporting digital platforms. This role oversees real-time monitoring, configuration management, and overall system uptime, while coordinating closely with internal technical teams, manufacturers, software partners, Charge Point Operators (CPOs), and other service providers. The role also leads customer support and call center operations to ensure SLA compliance, timely issue resolution, and consistent service delivery. By optimizing network availability, operational processes, and service quality, the NOC Manager supports revenue growth and maintains a resilient end-to-end EV charging ecosystem.
