Network Operations Center Engineer

We are working with a market leading IoT solutions provider in Bilbao that has recently centralised its Network Operations Centre. The infrastructure is live and operational, but they are now building the team properly and hiring for two key positions.

They are looking for:

• A NOC Manager to take ownership of the function, implement structured escalation frameworks, reduce alert noise, and scale the NOC into a true operational hub.

• NOC Engineers who want more than just alert forwarding. This role involves real troubleshooting across Linux and IP networks, improving monitoring processes, and helping shape how the NOC runs long term.
