Job Description

MISPL Telecom is hiring a skilled
NOC Engineer
to monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime
  • Diagnose and resolve network/system issues in real time
  • Configure and manage routers/switches (Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik)
  • Coordinate with customer support, field teams, and vendors during incidents
  • Prepare incident reports and maintain documentation
  • Escalate critical issues when required

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, IPv6, SNMP
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik
  • Monitoring tools: SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, Wireshark, PRTG, MRTG, Zelpro
  • Linux administration & basic Windows Server knowledge
  • Basic understanding of VMware ESXi & cloud networking
