Job Description
MISPL Telecom is hiring a skilled NOC Engineer to monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted services.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime
Diagnose and resolve network/system issues in real time
Configure and manage routers/switches (Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik)
Coordinate with customer support, field teams, and vendors during incidents
Prepare incident reports and maintain documentation
Escalate critical issues when required
Technical Skills Required
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, IPv6, SNMP
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik
Monitoring tools: SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, Wireshark, PRTG, MRTG, Zelpro
Linux administration & basic Windows Server knowledge
Basic understanding of VMware ESXi & cloud networking
Task automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS & DDoS mitigation
