Job Summary
As a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the performance and availability of the organization's network and voice infrastructure. You will act as the primary escalation point for complex technical incidents, ensuring service reliability, optimal system performance, and timely resolution of customer and internal issues.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage incidents, maintain documentation, and support implementation of new systems and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Monitor the performance, health, and availability of network and VoIP systems using industry-standard monitoring tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to network, VoIP, and infrastructure performance.
