Job Description
More than 2 years' experience in Data Center and/or Network and Security Operations with knowledge in MS Windows, UNIX, Linux or FreshService or ServiceNow
Good understanding of IT hardware (servers, networking, storage devices).
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues as needed.
Familiar with and have experience working with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios, SolarWinds, Splunk and others
Experience in supporting network operations such as LAN, WAN, Firewall. CCNA will be an added advantage
Experience in supporting security operations such as Malware detection, SIEM and other tools
