Network Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in network operations and network support tasks
• Support monitoring of network performance, connectivity, and incident handling
• Assist in analyzing existing network services (bandwidth, IP resources, security, backup, colocation etc)
• Help evaluate service usage, scalability, and differentiation
• Document technical findings and solution recommendations for internal reference and advisory purposes

Requirements

• Student in Networking / IT / Computer Engineering or related field
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls)
• Ability to analyze network services from both technical and solution-oriented perspectives
• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
• Must be able to travel to data centre locations when required, including off-hours if necessary.
