We are looking for an experienced Technical Operations Manager / Service Delivery Manager (SDM) with a strong networking background to manage network operations, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires hands‑on technical expertise combined with operational leadership to ensure high service availability, performance, and compliance with SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end network operations and service delivery for enterprise customers
Act as the primary point of contact for network‑related operational issues and escalations
