Herotel Telecoms (Pty) Ltd in Plattekloof is seeking a Network Monitoring Agent to oversee real-time network performance, triage incidents, and drive fast resolutions to protect the customer experience.

You will log incidents, communicate status to stakeholders, follow SLAs, and develop knowledge of our monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, The Dude) while growing your skills through our internal academy.
