The role aims to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction across all APC Japan products. It involves delivering professional installation services in the field, alongside providing training and work instructions to service partners. What will you do: Installation of APC products at customer sites (network monitoring configuration, server software installation, etc.) Post-installation functional testing of APC products (alert notification verification, automatic shutdown operation confirmation) Providing customers with briefings on basic product operation and troubleshooting procedures Technical support for partner companies, including creation of technical documentation, delivery of training, operational management, and continuous improvement of work quality Preparation of internal technical documentation, procedure manuals, and various reports Handling customer requests, inquiries, and complaints Conducting product evaluations and providing feedback to the manufacturing depar...
