Responsibilities

  • Support daily network operations, including incident troubleshooting and connectivity resolution.
  • Diagnose wired/wireless access issues and authentication failures.
  • Support hardware deployment, cabling, patching, and site remediation.
  • Assist with community site upgrades and network modernization activities.
  • Maintain operational documentation, site records, and asset tracking.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN environments and infrastructure deployments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • CCNA required; CCNP, A+, Network+, or ITIL preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting across switching, routing, wireless access, and authentication issues.
