Network Implementation Manager

Job Overview

The Network Implementation Manager is responsible for planning, initiating, executing, monitoring, and closing deployment projects within Akamai's Edge Platform. The role coordinates a cross‑functional team, works with ISP and colocation vendors, and tracks project progress and data across the company’s infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage deployment projects through completion, providing reports and status updates as needed.
• Coordinate with collocation vendors, internet service providers (ISPs), account managers, network infrastructure engineers, identity managers, and logistics coordinators.
• Contribute to projects that improve internal processes.
• Track circuit, rack, IP, and power data in Akamai databases and maintain accurate datacenter‑specific information.
